I support individuals and couples through every stage of the perinatal journey — from prenatal yoga, breathing techniques, and hypnobirthing preparation to postnatal recovery and wellbeing. In addition to perinatal support, I work with people experiencing stress, anxiety, or low mood, and I’m passionate about helping couples reconnect, communicate more effectively, and navigate the emotional transitions that come with parenthood.
